AI advertising control plane
Turn ad spend into profitable customers.
One AI growth brain coordinates campaigns, budgets, audiences and creative across every channel — using real conversion, CRM, sales, revenue and margin data to decide what deserves the next euro.
- Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more in one control plane
- Optimise for qualified customers, revenue or margin
- AI actions stay inside your business guardrails
The problem
Your ad platforms optimise separately. Your business does not.
Google knows Google. Meta knows Meta. TikTok knows TikTok. Your CRM knows which leads sales actually wanted, and your finance system knows which customers paid.

A demonstration account with a €50,000 monthly budget acquiring annual SaaS customers at a €140 target cost. Spend is split across Google €17,200, Meta €19,800, TikTok €8,000, LinkedIn €5,000. Across the month the account is credited with 311 customers at a blended cost of €144.69, slightly above target.
Network truth
What the ad platform reports: spend, delivery, placements, impressions, clicks and the conversions it attributes to itself.
Cannot see: Whether the conversion survived qualification, the refund window, or contact with your sales team.
Attributed truth
Independent journey attribution from your web analytics: which touches preceded the outcome, under a rule you chose rather than one the network chose.
Cannot see: What would have happened without the campaign. Credit is not cause; only an experiment estimates that.
CRM truth
What your sales team did with the lead: qualified, progressed, won or rejected, with the pipeline value attached.
Cannot see: Whether the invoice was ever paid, and what the customer cost to serve.
Financial truth
Collected revenue, refunds, recognised measures and contribution margin, read from the systems that record them.
Cannot see: Everything before the sale — which is most of what advertising can actually change.
Start with the outcome
The goal is the object. Campaigns are the implementation detail.
Tell the Growth Brain what success means — cost per customer, qualified pipeline, revenue, customer value, margin, or a weighted objective of your own. Campaigns are built against that, and change when it changes.

Growth Brain
One AI decides where attention and budget belong.
It compares channel performance, customer quality, creative, revenue and profitability, then proposes the actions most likely to move the objective — each with its evidence attached.
Budget allocation
Every channel is measured against the same objective, so the comparison is between businesses won — not between four dashboards that each define success differently.
Budget allocation across four channels against a €140 target cost per customer. Google: €17,200, cost per customer €184, behind. Meta: €19,800, cost per customer €121, ahead. TikTok: €8,000, cost per customer €148, on target. LinkedIn: €5,000, €42k qualified pipeline, on target.

True ROAS
Stop letting every ad network grade its own homework.
Network-reported performance sits beside independent attribution, CRM-qualified outcomes and finance-recorded margin. Four columns, never collapsed into one, because they answer different questions.
Platform truth vs business truth
Ranked by platform ROAS, Google wins and LinkedIn is last. Ranked by margin, that order is exactly reversed. Neither column is wrong — they answer different questions, which is why the product refuses to collapse them into one score.

Explore and exploit
- New channel
- New creative concept
- New audience
- New offer
- New market
- New landing page
Spending the last euro on yesterday's winner is how an account stops finding new ones. The exploration reserve is a standing allocation, not what is left over.
Budget
Make every channel compete for the same objective.
Network bidding stays where it belongs, inside the network. The Growth Brain decides how much opportunity each network deserves — and keeps a standing reserve for the things nobody has tested yet.
Creative Intelligence
Learn at the idea level, not the file level.
A concept keeps a stable identifier across every channel it runs on, so a message that works on Instagram and fails on Google is a finding rather than five unrelated results.

Five files, one idea. Performance rolls up to the concept, so a message that works on Instagram and fails on Google is a finding rather than five unrelated results.
Creative fatigue
TikTok Video 18
9 days live · 61% of channel spend
Conversion rate for TikTok Video 18 over nine days: D1 2.4% at frequency 1.2, D3 2.3% at frequency 1.6, D5 1.9% at frequency 2.1, D7 1.4% at frequency 2.6, D9 1.1% at frequency 2.9.
Delivery has been stable for nine days while conversion has fallen by more than half and frequency has risen 40%. The pattern is consistent with fatigue; the replacement is queued for approval rather than launched.
Lead quality
A lead is only useful if sales agrees.
Feed qualification, opportunity and won-lost outcomes back into advertising decisions, so campaigns stop optimising for cheap form submissions.
A bid strategy optimising on cost per lead picks the campaign that buys leads at 44% of the price and customers at nearly seven times the cost.

Margin
Contribution after cost
Meta is credited with fewer leads than Google and with €14,800 more collected revenue over 90 days. Its customers are credited with larger annual contracts — a difference no click metric could have shown.
Revenue
Optimise against customers who actually pay.
An ad click is the start of a chain that ends in an invoice, a refund window and a margin figure. The system reads the whole chain from the systems that own each link — and duplicates none of them.
Profitability
Revenue is useful. Profitability is better.
Where your finance system supplies a defined margin measure, that measure can become the objective or the constraint. The definitions stay owned by the system that holds them — nothing here invents a finance formula.
Revenue against margin
Germany is credited with the most revenue and the least margin. Ranked on revenue it deserves more budget; ranked on contribution it deserves less. The objective decides, not the dashboard.
Contribution margin by market: Spain 68.9 per cent, €68,400 revenue, €47,100 margin; Germany 61.1 per cent, €74,200 revenue, €45,300 margin; Netherlands 69.5 per cent, €33,800 revenue, €23,500 margin. The 65 per cent account floor is cleared in Spain and the Netherlands and missed in Germany.

Autopilot
Choose how much control the AI receives.
Every account starts in Recommend. Moving up does not loosen the constitution — it only stops routine in-bounds actions queuing for approval.
Recommend
The AI drafts every action and changes nothing. A human approves each one.
Start here. Most accounts stay here for a month while the evidence behind the recommendations earns trust.
Guarded Autopilot
The AI executes actions inside Campaign Constitution limits and queues everything else.
Budget moves within the daily cap happen automatically. A new channel, a new market or a new creative still waits for a person.
Autonomous
The AI coordinates continuously inside hard policy constraints, with exception-based review.
The constitution does not loosen in this mode. What changes is that routine in-bounds actions stop queuing for approval.
Decision clocks
Realtime data. Deliberate decisions.
Safety runs in minutes, pacing hourly, optimisation daily, learning over days and strategy weekly. A budget moved every minute never leaves the learning phase.
Decision clocks
Broken landing pages · Tracking or conversion feed outage · Spend runaway · Account disapproval
Budget pacing · Sharp cost spikes · Delivery anomalies
Channel reallocation · Campaign scaling and suppression · Creative fatigue · Lead quality
Audience strategy · Creative concept winners · Landing-page message tests
Channel mix · Market expansion · Customer value and margin strategy
Realtime data does not mean realtime campaign changes. A budget moved every minute never leaves the learning phase, so optimisation waits for the evidence threshold even when the dashboard updated seconds ago.
Experiment
Meta geo holdout — Netherlands
- Question
- How many of the customers credited to Meta in NL would have arrived anyway?
- Setup
- Meta delivery suppressed in four NL regions for 21 days, matched on prior conversion rate and population. All other channels unchanged.
- Result
- Attribution credits Meta with 41 NL customers in the period. The holdout regions produced 12 fewer customers per matched population than the exposed regions.
Reading
An estimated 29 of the 41 are incremental. The remaining 12 would likely have converted without the campaign. Attribution and incrementality are reported separately and neither replaces the other.
Experiments
Attribution says who gets credit. Experiments say what would have happened.
Holdouts and geo tests estimate the customers that would not have arrived without the campaign. That figure is reported separately from attributed credit, and neither replaces the other.

How it worksTikTok Ads
Smart+ keeps optimising delivery. The Growth Brain feeds it qualified-customer events and decides how much TikTok gets.
How it worksLinkedIn Ads
LinkedIn knows the job title. Your CRM knows which titles appear on closed deals. The Growth Brain puts the second one into the targeting.
How it worksMicrosoft Ads
Microsoft imports your Google structure, then diverges. The Growth Brain runs it as its own channel, on its own numbers.
How it worksPinterest Ads

Behind one answer
- Answer
- Meta. Its customers are credited with €14,800 more collected 90-day revenue than Google's on 15% less spend.
- Evidence
- 311 customers, 90-day window, invoiced value from the finance system, last-non-direct attribution.
- Business impact
- Moving €1,200/day would add an estimated 31 customers this month.
- Confidence
- High — 14 days above the minimum evidence threshold.
- Alternative explanation
- Meta's audience skews to annual plans. Some of the gap is plan mix rather than channel quality.
- Recommended action
- Move €1,200/day from Google Prospecting to Meta Prospecting.
- Constitution check
- Passes — within the €1,500/day movement limit.
Evidence
Every recommendation opens.

Solutions
What counts as a good customer is not the same in every business.

SaaS
Buy trials that reach a third invoice, not trials that reach a signup form.
Ecommerce
Wait for the return window to close before calling a campaign profitable.
B2B
A form fill in March and a won deal in September, connected by one budget decision.
Lead Generation
Every lead sales rejects becomes an exclusion signal in the ad accounts the next day.
Marketing Teams
Replace Monday's five ad managers and one spreadsheet with one decision log you can read.
Growth Teams
A losing variant leaves rotation on its readout date, archived against the hypothesis that proposed it.
Agencies
Twelve clients, twelve sets of limits, and no audience list that crosses between them.
Multi-Brand Groups
Move budget between brands on comparable margin, not on whichever country manager reports first.

Three things worth knowing
1Meta is credited with your strongest customersWORKING
Customers acquired through Meta are credited with 34% higher 90-day revenue than the account average, on a CAC of €121 against a €140 target.
2Google lead quality fellCHECK THIS
41 leads produced 3 qualified opportunities in the CRM last week, against 11% blended. The value signal sent back to Google still counts all 41 equally.
3One TikTok video holds 61% of channel spendFATIGUE
Nine days of stable delivery with conversion down from 2.4% to 1.1%. A replacement concept is queued and waiting for approval.
Margin floor: Gross profit is 64.5% of attributed revenue today, just under the 65% floor in your constitution. No scaling action will be proposed on this objective until it clears.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
What does the platform do?
Realvertising coordinates advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft and other channels from one level above the ad networks. It reads your first-party business data — conversions, CRM records, collected revenue — and decides which channels deserve budget, which business outcome each should optimise for, which audiences to expand or suppress, and which creative and landing pages get tested. The networks keep running their own auctions; the Growth Brain decides how they work together. Every change is bounded by the Campaign Constitution, logged with its evidence, and reversible.
Does it replace Google Ads, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads?
No. Google, Meta and TikTok run the auction — bid shaping, placement, per-impression delivery, audience matching inside their own inventory — and nothing here competes with that. Performance Max, Advantage+ and Smart+ keep running exactly as they do today; they are the execution layer the Growth Brain steers, and native network AI works better when it is fed real outcome data. What changes is the layer above them: which network gets the next euro, which business outcome each campaign is told to chase, and what happens when a network's reported ROAS does not match collected revenue.
Can it create campaigns?
Yes. You state the campaign intent — outcome, market, budget ceiling, constraints — and the platform builds campaign structure, audiences, budgets and ad variants for each channel through its channel adapters. Nothing reaches a live ad account until it passes the Campaign Constitution's checks, and approval gates can require a human on any account you choose. Every created object carries an idempotency key, so a retried build never leaves a duplicate campaign behind.
Can the AI change budgets automatically?
Yes, inside limits you set. The Campaign Constitution fixes a maximum daily movement, per-channel floors and ceilings, a maximum CAC, a minimum margin and the campaigns marked protected. The budget engine — deterministic code, not the model — computes the reallocation; the model decides that a reallocation is worth proposing and explains the reasoning. Anything outside your limits arrives as a proposal awaiting approval instead of an action.
Can it create ad creative?
Yes. It generates headlines, descriptions, image and video concepts and per-channel variant sets, drawing tone, brand rules and approved assets from your brand asset system and your content platform. Creative is produced against a hypothesis — an angle, an audience, a journey stage — and enters a test plan rather than an asset folder. When creative fatigue signals fire on a running variant, replacements are generated from the concepts still holding up.
Does it know which leads are good?
It knows what your CRM knows. The CRM truth layer reads lead status, opportunity stage, deal size, win rate and close date, then returns qualified outcomes to the networks as offline conversions so their bidding stops chasing form fills. A campaign credited with cheap leads that never reach opportunity stage becomes visible as exactly that. Qualification rules stay in your CRM; this product consumes them and never invents a second scoring model.
Can it optimise for revenue?
Yes. Collected revenue from your finance system is joined to the journey by the attribution service, so campaigns are judged against recorded amounts rather than conversion counts. Value signals go back to each network's bidding model, which is what lets network-side value optimisation work on real figures instead of static placeholders. Revenue is credited to channels under the attribution rule you choose — credit, not proof of cause, which is what experiments exist for.
Can it optimise for profit or margin?
Yes, where your finance or accounting system supplies the inputs. The business metrics service computes contribution margin per product, order or customer from cost, discount and refund data, and Margin ROAS is reported next to revenue ROAS. Budget rules can then be written against margin: a minimum gross margin floor, a maximum CAC per segment, a pause rule for products selling below their floor. Realvertising does not define your margin — it reads the definition your finance system already uses.
How is True ROAS different from platform ROAS?
Platform ROAS is what a network reports for conversions it can see and claim, on its own attribution window. True ROAS reconciles four layers kept separate — network truth, attributed truth, CRM truth and financial truth — and sets collected revenue against spend without flattening them into one figure. The gap between the two is the useful part: double-counted conversions, refunded orders, leads that never closed, and revenue no network claimed at all. Both numbers stay visible, because the platform figure still governs how that network's own bidding behaves.
Does it support attribution?
Yes. The attribution service runs independent journey tracking across sessions, devices and channels, applying the model you select — first touch, last touch, linear, position-based or data-driven — over an attribution window you configure. Attribution distributes credit under a rule; it does not establish what would have happened without the channel. Every figure states the model and window that produced it, so two numbers computed under different rules are never compared as though they were the same measurement.

One goal. Every channel. Real business truth.
Connect your ad accounts, say what a good customer is worth, and let the Growth Brain work the objective inside limits you set.
